Doug Cordell is a comedic storyteller and performer, NPR radio essayist and Emmy-nominated writer. His true-life radio stories air on NPR’s Snap Judgment, APM’s Marketplace and WLRN's The Public Storyteller. He has been featured at theaters and clubs across the U.S. and abroad, and has led workshops on story, narrative and performance in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Marrakesh, Morocco.  A member of the Writers Guild of America with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Dramatic Writing from New York University, his television credits include PBS, Disney and Nickelodeon.
